Dr. Brooke Fridley's research is in the areas of statistical genomics, molecular epidemiology of cancer, cancer genomics, and pharmacogenomics. She has extensive experience as a collaborating statistician, particularly in the design and analysis of studies involving multiple types of ‘omic data. Her lab is focused on development of novel statistical and bioinformatic methods to answer questions that arise in cancer research. Recently, her lab has been working on analytical methods for understanding the spatial architecture of the tumor immune microenvironment and how this is related to clinical outcomes by leveraging the information in multiplex immunofluorescence and spatial transcriptomic experiments.

Current Areas of Research:

Analysis methods for single-cell protein data (e.g., multiplex immunofluorescence)
