Smoking Resources

  • Tobacco Free Florida Quitline: The Quitline is a free, confidential service that provides personalized support to help people quit tobacco and nicotine products. They offer coaching & counseling via Phone Quit, educational resources, and Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).

 

Alcohol Resources

  • In The Rooms: In The Rooms is a free online recovery community offering virtual support meetings and recovery resources for people working to reduce or stop alcohol use.
  • Alcoholics Anonymous: Alcoholics Anonymous is a free support program that teaches practical skills and strategies to help people manage cravings, change behaviors, and maintain recovery.
  • SMART Recovery: SMART Recovery is a peer support fellowship where people share experiences and encourage one another in achieving and maintaining sobriety. Online meetings are available from anywhere.

 

Additional Resources

  • 988 Lifeline: 988 offers 24/7 call, text and chat access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing suicidal, substance use, and/or mental health crisis, or any other kind of emotional distress.
