Protein modification: reductive methylation.
Experience in protein crystallization using robotic systems: Cartesian Honeybee, Douglas ORYX6 crystallization robot and eDrop/Hydra system; Tecan Genesis RSP robot and Bruker CRYSTAL FARM 400.
X-ray Crystallography skills, including synchrotron data collection and processing, structure determination and structure analysis.
