The Bugs & Brain Research Group is looking for passionate, curious, and driven scientists to join our team at Moffitt Cancer Center. If you are excited about tackling big questions at the intersection of microbiology, immunology, and neuro-oncology, we'd love to hear from you. We welcome applicants from diverse scientific backgrounds and at all career stages.
We are actively recruiting postdoctoral fellows with a background in cancer biology, microbiology, immunology, tumor microenvironment, or a related field. Experience with mouse models, bacterial culture, spatial technologies, single-cell analysis, or bioinformatics is a plus, but we value curiosity and drive above all.
Postdoctoral fellows will receive individualized mentorship with a focus on building an independent research project, developing a strong publication record, securing external fellowship funding, and expanding their professional network. Your long-term career goals — whether in academia, industry, or beyond — will shape how we work together.
