  • Pinellas County Health Department - Mission is to promote, protect and improve the health of all people in Pinellas County through integrated state, county, & community efforts
  • Cancer Answers - Is a free cancer information service provided by H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute to provide information related to cancer
  • HER Place - Can help individuals connect to reliable information about breast and gynecologic cancers and other issues relating to cancer that may be of benefit to them during their journey
  • F.O.R.C.E - Mission is to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by hereditary breast and ovarian cancer
  • Faces of Courage Foundation, Inc. - A non-profit organization located in the Tampa Bay area that offers free camps and events for women, men and children with cancer and blood illnesses

  • American Cancer Society - The American Cancer Society is the nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem
  • Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) - The CDC is one of the major operating components of the Department of Health and Human Services. The CDC strives to protect people's health and safety, provide reliable health information, and improve health through strong partnerships
  • Community Network Programs (CNP) - Aims to reduce cancer health disparities through community-based participatory education, training, and research among racial/ethnic minorities and underserved populations
  • Intercultural Cancer Council (ICC) - Promotes policies, programs, partnerships, and research to eliminate the unequal burden of cancer among racial and ethnic minorities and medically underserved
  • National Cancer Institute - The National Cancer Institute coordinates the National Cancer Program which conducts and supports research, training, health information dissemination, and other programs with respect to the cause, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of cancer, rehabilitation from cancer, and the continuing care of cancer patients and the families of cancer patients
